I recently had a new garage door installed by Dimension. The quality of the end to end process was excellent - from initial quotation, proposed installation date, actual installation date and installation itself - each stage was fulfilled as promised. The installation team were excellent too, and the site was left as new!! Well done Dimension Doors - sadly I have no need for any more!!

Excellent service. I obtained several quotes for the replacement of my garage door. Dimensions was by far the best and the quality and fitting of the door was first class. I would certainly recommend Dimensions.

Very happy with our entire experience of Dimensions Garage Doors. We had an old garage door that was stuck locked shut, which they quickly visited to assess and find us the best solution. It was removed and a new door fitted, looking extremely neat and tidy. The communication throughout was excellent and we felt in very good hands - a problem that was causing lots of stress was fixed so seamless - highly recommend!

I shopped around a few places for an electric garage door and ended up choosing Dimensions.
I was happy with the quote, the level of information and detail about the service and the product setup.
The workers installing the door took great care and cleaned up all mess as well as removal of the old setup. I was very happy with the entire process and would recommend this company to those wanting a replacement garage door! The end result looks very sleak and fits my requirements.

Dimensions Doors were absolutely fantastic! They were very prompt right from coming over for the quote, showing us colour samples and answering all the questions we had. We saw a few different options at their office in Old Town which helped make a decision on what to go with. Communication was great all along. The actual installation from Ash and Tyrone was perfect - timely and very neat. We are very pleased with their service, would highly recommend.

Craig was five star from start to finish! Coming to assess our property at the weekend offering advice on design, finish and trims for our garage door. We have recently renovated the house and we are soooooo pleased we went the extra mile to do the garage door it is absolutely brilliant! Initial query dealt with very effectively by the office who arranged for Craig to visit us within a few days. Craig was very helpful in the advice he provided - not at all pushy and very clear on the pros and cons of each option. Installation arranged very quickly and fitters, Ash and Tyrone, turned up promptly on the alloted date. Fitted the door quickly and efficiently, - took away the old door and left no mess. Were very friendly and gave a good handover.
